it does NOT have Oil or fuel in the engine.

 Once you receive your item, it is your responsibility to put

 SAE30 4 stroke Oil into the engine, using your dipstick as a guide.

If this is not done, before you start the engine,

you are voiding ALL Warranty.

Also:- we recommend 98 Premium Unleaded Fuel.
